New Southlake TX Homes and Stores Coming to Carillion

The new development, Carillion Southlake, will include 285+ acres of plenty of shopping, luxury homes, offices, a hotel and even a performing arts district. The development will be fashioned with architectural traditions of French Renaissance and separated into districts including retail and offices, shopping, residential homes, and parks. The large acre community will be located NW of Southlake Town Square on the last large tract of land in Southlake, Texas. It will be bounded to the East by Carroll Avenue, West by White’s Chapel Blvd, and South by State Highway 114. Southlake TX homes sales in this new community is expected to be brisk.

The new shopping district will be structured similarly to Rodeo Drive with contemporary retail centers. The main gate for retail will be on the corner of State Highway 114 and White’s Chapel Blvd.

The Chateaux District in Carillion will be comprised of single family residential homes. These will be detached properties. It will be connected with plenty of pedestrian walkways to the Village and Plaza District as well as to the Parks District with 68 acres recreation and open space.  Phase 1 is in process, and half of the residential property has been purchased by builders with half available to purchase. Most of the acreage is expected to be sold within the next few months. Residential home lots in Carillionshould be available for individual purchase by this summer, with building extending into summer 2011 and early 2012.  House prices in the Villa’s are likely to start in the 600,000’s and extend into the 1 million price range.
